Welcome to Autistic Brain Shop

From our Autistic Brains to you

Autistic Brain Shop features the work of autistic and neurodivergent artists. Some of the work tells the story of being autistic and neurodivergent, and some is just fun, creative work from our artists and designers. Every product starts with a neurodivergent creator: their art, their humor, their way of seeing the world, put directly onto something you can wear or carry. All art is made by neurodivergent hands, no AI.

Print On Demand

Currently, all of our products are produced through one of several print-on-demand vendors. This allows us to start the business without a ton of capital and reduces the waste of overproduction. At the same time, it limits our ability to customize our products to the degree we wish we could, but this is the trade-off we must make at this time in our development.

A Workplace for the Able & Otherwise

Autistic Brain Shop is the first venture under Able & Otherwise, our parent company built around a simple long-term mission: hire people who have a hard time working because the world is not built for them. As Able & Otherwise grows, so will this mission. When we reach a point where we can expand our small team, we aim to become a safe workplace for those who need flexibility, support, and understanding, specifically those who are autistic, neurodivergent, or disabled in some way.

Tear-Away Tags

The majority of our T-shirts feature a tear-away tag. Specifically, all Unisex and Women’s Fitted T-shirts have these tags that tear away like paper, leaving no sharp edges and a strong seam. Just grab the edge of one or both tags near the seam of the shirt, holding the seam down with the other hand, and pull the tag up and away.
